Donor Testimonials

A friend of the Seminary from the New England area included the comment above in an encouraging note recently with a check she mailed in. It is a humbling and moving reminder to the President and staff working hard to raise support to keep the Seminary going on how much joy it gives our friends to partner with us. They understand that they are a vital part of this ministry, and they love to help.
Our lead supporter, for instance – a Kansas farmer who is in faith giving quite sacrificially, shared with the President that each month when he sits down to write his support check, he smiles.
Mel and Geneva Rutherford (pictured left), who have gone on to be with the Lord, were Ohio farmers that made major annual donations toward the mission of the Seminary. They continue to invest in RPTS by having remembered the ministry in their will; such funds have endowed important programs at the Seminary.
“And giving gave them joy," RPTS President Dr. Jerry O'Neill, who often visited the Rutherfords, shares.
"Mel and Geneva loved the local church; and they understood that pastors hold its future in their teaching, and that they are the key for training laborers for the harvest field. They gave sacrificially to equip pastors, because Mel himself experienced transformation under an RPTS graduate."
However you are able to give to the ministry of RPTS, may you be reminded that you are part of something bigger than all of us building and equipping Christ's Kingdom. And may your giving give you joy!
