The Seminary maintains a policy of keeping the expense of theological education within the reach of its students. However, if you should need financial assistance please check out our scholarships, grants, and loans as outlined below. To have the greatest likelihood of receiving aid you should apply for financial assistance as early as possible.

**Please consider the Church Match Grant before applying for Student Loans.

To receive Federal Financial Aid the following steps must be completed:

1. Fill out an online FAFSA application. (The school code for RPTS is G03358)
2. Complete the AES/PHEAA Entrance Interview and submit it to the Seminary Office.
3. Next, complete the Stafford Loan application (Master Promissory Note).
4. Please download and complete a copy of the 2009-10 Cost of Attendance form; submit it signed and dated.
5. At this point please call the Seminary at 412-731-8690 to make sure all of the necessary documents have been received and processed.
6. If verification is required please follow the Verification Instructions.
7. If you are a student who has participated in TITLE IV Stafford Loans while at RPTS, please complete the Department of Education Exit Interview and submit a copy to the Seminary Office.
