Master of Divinity Degree (M.Div.)
The Seminary offers the M.Div. degree, a complete and balanced preparation for the pastoral ministry. Completion of the course ordinarily requires at least three academic years and one summer internship. The following requirements apply to all M.Div. degree candidates of the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary for graduation:
- the completion of a minimum of 135 quarter hours;
- the completion of 120 quarter hours in required courses;
- a cumulative grade-point-average of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale);
- at least one year in residency at the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary;
- enrollment and residency at the Reformed Presbyterian Seminary
at the time of completion of the course of study.

*Because of the Biblical convictions of the sponsoring denomination of the Seminary regarding the qualifications of those who serve the church as ordained pastors, the Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree program is restricted to men. The Master of Theological Studies degree program, The Strengthening Counseling Ministry concentration of the Doctor of Ministry degree program, and the certificate programs do admit women students.

Students must complete 15 hours of coursework from any of the areas of study offered at the Seminary.
Students accepted into the Master of Divinity program with the Biblical Counseling concentration will take 9 of their electives in counseling courses additional to BC11 and BC13. The 9 hours are comprised of:
