Estate Planning 101 Seminar with Rev. Anthony Selvaggio, J.D.
(Pittsburgh) - August 20, 2008 - On Friday, September 19, at 7 p.m., RPTS will host an Estate Planning 101 Seminar with Rev. Anthony Selvaggio, J.D., at the
Reformed Presbyterian Church of North Hills at 606 Thompson Run Rd. in Pittsburgh. The event is sponsored and coordinated by RPTS for Seminary friends.
RPTS Visiting Professor, Rev. Anthony T. Selvaggio, works in the wealth planning field. He will share about estate planning topics such as:
• Why Do I Need a Will, Power of Attorney, or Health Care Proxy?
• Beneficiary Designations
• Various Types of Trusts and Related Benefits on Estate Taxes.
A question and answer session will follow.
Please note that Rev. Selvaggio will be giving basic financial planning information only, and will not be getting paid for legal services nor drafting any documents, nor will he be preparing an estate plan for anyone. He is doing this event as a favor to the Seminary and lending his expert advice as a charitable program for Seminary friends. He is not taking, nor will he take, clients for any purpose for or from this event. He will be giving advice and direction about how to go forward with planning, but attendees will need to see a licensed attorney in their state to actually implement any suggestions.
RSVP with Kim Backensto at 412-731-8690 or kbackens@rpts.edu.
